Team Forces is excited to announce that Veeam has increased their annual support of Team Forces and has just renewed as a Silver sponsor! Veeam is keen to join us on our mission to create wellbeing through sport, challenge and adventure and their additional support will help to fund even more activities to improve health, wellbeing and recovery in the Armed Forces community.

As part of their increased sponsorship Veeam is now supporting the Women in Defence movement and Capt Preet Chandi (Polar Preet) on her epic journey to become the first woman to cross Antarctica solo and unsupported. Veeam is also proudly supporting a variety of armed forces sports such as rugby, rowing, equitation and cricket. In addition they will be making a donation to the Team Forces ‘good causes’ fund which offers grants to groups and communities wishing to undertake challenging, adventurous activities to help armed forces personnel, including WIS veterans.

Maj Gen Lamont Kirkland, CEO Team Forces commented, “I am delighted that Veeam has decided to renew as a Silver sponsor. Their increased investment, particularly in our good causes fund, is a strong sign of putting social responsibility at the forefront of company values.”

Chris Wood, Defence Account Manager stated, “Over the past 4 years Veeam has been extremely proud to be involved in supporting all the good causes across the armed forces community to improve health, wellbeing and recovery. Silver sponsorship now allows us to take this to the next level in 2023!”
