Opportunities

Joining Team Forces will enable your organisation to support the armed forces community in a broad range of competitive sports, expeditions and inspiring adventurous challenges.

Members can also enjoy a broad range of engagement and marketing opportunities.

High-level sports fixtures are an excellent way to meet sports officials and our industry partners. Showcase events are regular sporting fixtures arranged through the sports associations. Examples are the annual inter-services T20 cricket at Lords and the annual Army v Navy rugby match at Twickenham.

Annual sports events are hosted by individual forces sports associations and typically include season launch cocktail parties and formal annual dinners attended by sports officials, sportsmen & women and sponsors

Charity fundraising events are held to celebrate landmark moments and offer sponsors the opportunity to both promote their brand and demonstrate their benevolence towards sport.

Military sporting activities are a sponsorship and engagement opportunity for industry partners who want to support a specific sport and interact with a broad mix of stakeholders. With superb facilities and a ‘sport for all’ approach, competitions at all levels are organised through various associations and unions including:

Angling Athletics Badminton Basketball Boxing

Gliding Golf Hang & Paragliding Hockey Ice Hockey
Tennis Martial Arts Modern Pentathlon Motor Sports Mountaineering
Netball Parachuting Polo Powerlifting Rowing

Most sports are replicated by each of the Services and many form tri-service teams to represent the Armed Forces at the highest level. Additionally, there are over 100 serving sportsmen and women who have represented their country on the international stage.

Branding

The Team Forces logo represents armed forces sport, challenge and adventure and as such provides a valuable association when placed alongside sponsor brands. For example, the brand can appear in your marketing communications to demonstrate your support of forces sport, challenge and adventure as ‘proud supporters of Team Forces’.  Websites, exhibitions, products and advertising all become channels in which your association with forces sport, challenge and adventure can achieve significant awareness.

Working with Team Forces has allowed us to meet with those who use our products on the front line and has given us valuable insight and user feedback which has directly aided our product development.
