Following the success of last year’s event, Team Forces is delighted to be returning to Churchills for the second year, once again kindly sponsored by Exponential-e.

Set within the prestigious West Wycombe Estate in Buckinghamshire, E.J. Churchill is one of the UK’s leading shooting grounds and provides an excellent setting for our annual clay shoot.

The day will bring together Team Forces sponsors and senior MOD stakeholders for an enjoyable and competitive day of shooting, followed by lunch and a prize-giving.

Previous shooting experience is not essential, as professional instructors will be available to support guests throughout the day.

 

Registration

Places are limited to 70, so please register promptly to secure your place.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are subsequently unable to attend, so that your place can be offered to another guest.

Timings

  • 09:00 – Arrival, registration and breakfast
  • 09:45 – Welcome and safety briefing
  • 10:00 – Shooting begins
  • 13:00 – Shooting finishes
  • 13:15 – Lunch
  • 14:15 – Prize-giving
  • 14:30 – Event concludes

Final timings will be confirmed in the joining instructions, which will be sent nearer the date.

Please arrive promptly to allow time for registration, breakfast and the safety briefing before shooting begins.

Shooting Format

Guests will shoot in teams across a selection of stands.  The day will include a friendly team competition, with prizes presented after lunch.

 

Dress

Please wear practical outdoor clothing suitable for all weather and sturdy, closed-toe footwear.

Lunch and Dietary Requirements

Breakfast will be served on arrival, with lunch following the shoot.

Please provide details of any allergies or dietary requirements when registering.

 

 

Guns and Equipment

Please let us know when registering whether you intend to bring your own gun and, if so, the type of gun.

Guests bringing their own gun must bring their valid shotgun certificate with them. The ground can supply cartridges.

Guns, cartridges and the necessary safety equipment will be available for guests who are not bringing their own equipment.

Professional instructors will be on hand throughout the shoot.
