Team Forces is delighted to announce that Udacity, the digital talent transformation platform, which focuses on career advancement through mastery of in-demand skills, will be supporting us on our joint mission to create wellbeing through sport and physical activity for our armed forces personnel.

As part of their sponsorship Udacity will be proudly supporting armed forces rugby, equestrian, rowing and cricket. In addition, they will be donating to the Team Forces ‘good causes’ fund which offers grants to groups and communities wishing to undertake challenging, adventurous activities to help armed forces personnel, including WIS veterans.

Jeff Katz, Senior Account Executive, Udacity said: “Team Forces offer a tremendous service and support to our UK armed forces and we’re extremely proud to be part of its efforts. At Udacity we provide lifelong learning for millions to acquire the new skills they need for the jobs they want, and we are delighted to be making these opportunities available to learners within the UK’s Military of Defence.”

Maj Gen Lamont Kirkland, CEO Team Forces commented: “We are extremely pleased to welcome Udacity as our newest Bronze member. This is a company that is committed to giving back to the armed forces community and their support of activities to improve health, wellbeing and recovery will help achieve social impact. Together, we will help the best to get better.”
