Team Forces is pleased to announce that Caterpillar Inc. has just renewed its silver level sponsorship for 2023. As the world’s foremost supplier of earthmoving equipment, engines and power generators for government agencies and military forces, Caterpillar Defense, like Team Forces, is committed to creating a better, more sustainable world.
Maj Gen Lamont Kirkland, CEO of Team Forces, commented: “Team Forces is delighted that Caterpillar is continuing its longstanding support of sport, challenge and adventure in the Armed Forces community to improve health, wellbeing and recovery. So many military personnel have benefitted from its generous support over the last eight years – thank you, Caterpillar. Together, we will help the best get better.”
Caterpillar Defense has been a proud sponsor of Team Forces since 2015.
“We are happy to continue to support Team Forces in the UK,” said Randy Tymofichuk, Vice President and General Manager of Caterpillar Defense. “The support we give to Team Forces aligns well with our commitment to meet the needs of our customers and the communities in which we live and work.”
As part of its sponsorship, Caterpillar will fund a variety of armed forces sports for 2023, including equestrian, cricket, rugby and motorsport activities. In addition, Caterpillar also will donate to the Team Forces ‘good causes’ fund, which offers grants to groups and communities wishing to undertake challenging, adventurous activities to help armed forces personnel, including WIS veterans.
