Again, supported by Porcher Industries the RAF-organised Inter Service Paragliding Championships took place earlier in the year hosted by the Joint Services Paragliding Centre (JSPGC) near Crickhowell in SE Wales. What better place with the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, the valleys of South Wales and a good stiff breeze to then hurl yourself around the sky!
Porcher Industries have sponsored the event along with the Inter Service parachuting at Nertheravon for there last 2 years. As the world technology leaders of Ultra lightweight materials it is a good fit for Porcher.
In the event, the RAF came out on top and took the winning spoils with the Army and Navy coming a very close 2nd and third respectively
