Team Forces is proud to announce that Cloudflare has renewed its commitment to the armed forces community, continuing its invaluable support for our mission to promote wellbeing through sport and physical activity within the UK military.

Cloudflare’s renewed sponsorship reflects its strong belief in the value of teamwork, resilience, and innovation – qualities shared by both the military and the technology sector. By supporting Team Forces, Cloudflare is helping to ensure that service personnel, veterans, and their families have access to opportunities that promote health, confidence, and recovery through sporting excellence and adventure.

Maj Gen Lamont Kirkland CBE, CEO of Team Forces, said: “We are delighted that Cloudflare has reaffirmed its support for the armed forces community. This partnership highlights Cloudflare’s genuine commitment to making a difference. Through sport, challenge and adventure, we will continue to drive positive social change – helping the best to get even better.”

Paul Farrell, MOD Lead for Cloudflare – “I couldn’t be more pleased to join Cloudflare at this pivotal moment of growth across the public sector. After more than two decades serving in the British Army and working extensively in the military and defence sector, I understand the unique challenges our armed forces face in an increasingly complex cyber threat landscape. Cloudflare’s continued support of Team Forces demonstrates a genuine commitment to the military community that resonates deeply with me, and I’m particularly thrilled to support this initiative in my new role.”

As part of their sponsorship, Cloudflare will support a wide range of armed forces sports at both grassroots and elite levels, helping to strengthen the link between military and civilian communities. Cloudflare has also contributed to the Team Forces Good Causes Fund‘ which provides grants to groups and communities undertaking challenging and adventurous activities that enhance the wellbeing and recovery of armed forces personnel, including WIS (Wounded, Injured and Sick) veterans.

Through this collaboration, Cloudflare and Team Forces are championing the power of sport to build resilience, foster camaraderie, and inspire recovery across the armed forces community.

Together, we’re advancing wellbeing, resilience and recovery – through the unifying power of sport.
